Optinova Welcomes New Chair of the Board and New Board Member
Optinova Group is strengthening its Board of Directors to support the company’s continued international expansion, innovation agenda, and long-term development.
At the Annual General Meeting, Louise Nicolin was elected as the new Chair of the Board, succeeding Rebecka Eriksson, who will remain as a board member. At the same time, Mathias Grunér has been elected as a new member of the Board.

Louise Nicolin brings extensive experience from board work and senior leadership roles in international growth companies, with expertise in governance, transformation, industrial development, and regulated industries.
She has been a member of Optinova’s Board since 2020 and therefore has a deep understanding of the company’s operations, culture, and long-term ambitions.
