Optinova granted Future Workplaces 2022 Certificate

Optinova is ranked in Top 10 Future Workplaces 2022 of the manufacturing industry in the latest Siqni Future Workplaces study. The company also ranks in the top 20% overall.

Optinova has earned the Future Workplaces certificate 2022 for having managed the corporate culture of the workplace with exceptionally good employee understanding. The certification is based on the results of the Siqni personnel satisfaction survey conducted with the entire staff at Optinova in May 2022. This year, Optinova scored 82 on the Siqni index, an increase of two points from 2021.

With the Future Workplaces study, Siqni examines what the most meaningful things in the workplace are for our own employees and to what level these things are realized by the company.
