With an efficiency rate exceeding 90% after more than 1 million cycles under a 25 lb load, the PTFE HD Liner delivers consistent, reliable performance in both automotive and industrial applications. Its tight outer diameter(OD) tolerances and ultra-long continuous lengths enable precise installation and optimal system integration.

Custom jacketing options, including PVC, PA, PP, and PBT, allow for tailored performance, reduced weight compared to steel alternatives, and significantly lower noise during operation.
