PTFE Tubing
PTFE has the lowest coefficient of friction of all polymers and is useful in high temperature applications. PTFE has very good chemical resistance to all common solvents, acids and bases.
FEP Tubing
FEP is more transparent and optically clear than PTFE, therefore used in monitoring equipment. FEP is also more flexible than PTFE. FEP is virtually unaffected by oxygen, ozone and UV light.
High Purity PFA Tubing
Ultra High Purity PFA tubing is made of Chemours 950HP Plus grade and is tested according to SEMI F57-0622 and SEMI C90. Inner surface testing shows the resulting extreme smoothness.
PFA Tubing
PFA has similar properties with PTFE, though it gives longer continuous length. It also has higher continuous working temperature than FEP. PFA has the smoothest surface of all fluoropolymers.
PVDF Tubing
PVDF has excellent resistance to creep and fatigue as well as great thermal stability. PVDF has exceptional radiation resistance against gamma rays. PVdF is unaffected by oxygen and UV light.
ETFE Tubing
ETFE is mechanically strong, high abrasion and wear resistance. ETFE has excellent tensile strength. ETFE is virtually unaffected by oxygen, ozone and UV light and can be sterilised by Gamma.
